Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Description: Serves as liaison between Account Executive (Producer) and client to meet the day-to-day business needs of our customers. Works with Producer(s) in the preparation of applications and supplemental materials in the servicing of new and renewal business. Manages desk through the Agency Management System. Performs various other administrative functions including the preparation of letters, reports and other correspondence as needed.

 
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for all client communication via the phone, email and internet, handling full renewals, auditing the account to assess changes and policy needs, quoting new business, researching problems, and rounding out accounts. Workload is managed through our Agency Management System. The desired candidate will have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of clients. Individuals with an insurance or customer service background are encouraged to apply.
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence are key requirements.
